Where are your products shipped from?

• Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Southern California.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing an order can take up to 72 hours.

• Shipping in the USA takes 3-5 business days after your order has been processed.
• Shipping outside the USA varies based on the destination. International orders typically take a total of 10 to 17 business days for delivery.

 What shipping carrier do you use?

• We ship with United States Postal Service (USPS) and DHL. Our warehouse will choose the best shipping carrier for your order.

Do you provide tracking numbers for orders?

• Yes, tracking numbers will be updated to your order and emailed to you once it has been shipped.

What are your shipping rates?

    For Orders shipped within the USA:

•   We offer a low flat rate shipping of $6.95 for orders less than $99 for orders.
•   Orders $99 and above receive free shipping.

     For international shipping:

•   We offer a flat rate of $35 per order for international shipping.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

•   Currently we do not offer expedited shipping. All shipping is standard. 3-5 business days within the USA, and 7-14 business days for international. Order processing can take up to 72 hours before your order is shipped.
